2. The Proposal
We Propose the Basics - payment timeline and the general outline of your travels.
3. Deposit & Travel Insurance
Once we staple down the outline, typically this is when the first deposit is due.
This is the best time to purchase travel protection!
4. Draft & Tweak
Receive your first draft. Review & tweak - aim to get the nitty-gritty but important deets.
5. Final Draft and Final Payment
Final draft presented and upon your approval; submit all final payments to all required vendors.
6. Document Drop Off Meeting
Lets meet to go over your trip; day by day. This should be in person or if you insist, over the phone.
7. In destination support
We got your back 24 hours a day while your traveling via call, text, DM, email.
8. Post travel support
Once you are home we look forward to hearing from you. We know that even with the best plans there sometimes can be a bump in the road and we are here to support you. If you purchased insurance we offer to be be your claims partner making it easy and stress free to submit a claim. If you did not we promise to aggressively pursue your case with that vendor.
